Academic Programme: To achieve the desired aims & objectives, the following course has been
started in the college — B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - 2 Years.
Eligibility
Age for B.Ed course: No age limitation
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in a Bachelor's Degree and/or in Master's Degree or
any equivalent qualification with at least two school subjects at graduation level are eligible.
Reservation and relaxation in marks for reserved categories will follow state government rules.
50% of intake seats are reserved for students of the Muslim Community.

Admission will be made through Combined Entrance Test (CET-B.Ed.) conducted by Bihar State Nodal
Agency.
All eligibility criteria will follow rules established by the State Nodal Agency.

in D.El.Ed. (Face to Face) - 2 Years
Eligibility
a. Minimum age limit: 17 years on 1st January of the academic year.
b. Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate or 10+2.
c. Must have a clear result in Intermediate or 10+2 on 1st January of the academic year of
application.
Selection
for Admission
Eligibility
a. Selection will be based on entrance exam, interview/counseling & academic merit. Only
complete applications will be considered.
b. Entrance exam will include 100 objective questions (General Knowledge, Literature,
Science/Arts).
c. Exam will be conducted at the college campus.
Fee
Structure
Candidates admitted to the 2-year B.Ed. course must pay ₹75,000 per year as per Bihar Government
norms.
Note
Fees should be paid either in cash or by DD drawn in favor of the Secretary, Maulana Mazharul
Haque Teacher's Training College, payable at Samastipur.
