Fee refunds are only applicable within 15 days of the examination date.

Students who wish to request a refund must submit a written application along with valid proof of payment. The application must clearly mention the reason for withdrawal and must be submitted at the college office or via the official email address.

All refund requests will be reviewed by the administrative committee. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for partial course withdrawal or after issuance of examination hall tickets.

No refund will be provided after 15 days of the examination.
